Our team hadn't really done much together since everyone had gotten back from furloughs and having babies that the guys thought that we should do something. So the guys planned a date night for us couples, without kids (except of course the new babies). We went to the church building and the guys made us supper and dessert. They even brought out some fine china and candles for the occasion. Afterwards we watched a movie together. It was a fun time, although Russ and Val got sick and weren't able to make it. I know they did get to try the food as we had lots of leftovers. It was good to get time away from the kids and time together as families.
