On April 1st our church celebrated it's first anniversary. This photo shows just about all of the people that came to celebrate this special day with us and our church members. More than 100 people came and it was a great day, looking back on all the things our church has done together and to look towards the future. Three people from Matt and Mary's churches came to celebrate with us and to bless our church family as well. It is amazing to think back to a time before we started our public worship services and before we were here in Brazil. It is amazing to see the lives of the people we have met, to see them change and grow just as the church here has grown. It is also great to look towards the future and to see more people learn about the Lord, to see them look towards a relationship with God and to see more Brazilians leading this church. Amazing this have happen in the last year with this church, God has been working in mighty ways. We know that there is so much more to come in the future. Please continue to pray for our church, the members and our team as we work with more Brazilians and show them the love of our God. May God continue to work through us this next year and praise to Him who has already brought us this far and changed the hearts of so many people here in Salvador.
