This past week we have had a group from the Highland Church of Christ in Abilene, Texas here to do a campiagn. One of the things we asked them to do was a VBS but as we are in between buildings we decided that what would be best was to go to the kids. Many of the kids that come to our church are from the neighborhood where Travis and I have our small group so we went to them. A neighbor had a large open area where he had not rented out and gave us the room for free that night. The Highland group then taught the kids the story of Moses, they played some games and did an activity. I made Brazilian hot dogs for them and we all enjoyed a night of fun. It was great to see all our kids singing and being a part of the story. It was a success. We also did the same thing the next night at our apartment complex. I will blog about that when we have some more pictures up.

thats great that you had a group from texas come to help you and also so greta bout Heather who came to help with children's stuff!! i just looked at your flickr site and saw all the cute pics of Ceara...man she isn't lacking in toys is she?? haha. :) hope you are doing good. you are looking great pregnant lady.. :)
