Now where in the world would you imagine to find a parka in the stores and in what kind of weather? That is a question we ask ourselves when we walk into a store in Salvador, Brazil during our winter of temperatures in the 20's! Yes, indeed we discovered that they sell parkas in Salvador. And we had to ask ourselves if they have ever even sold one and who in fact would buy this here? Now is 18 degrees or above cold to anyone???? Well, according to the stores, yes! There are people out there, here in Salvador that would buy this parka because they are cold. Amazing, not something that you would imagine seeing here in a tropical climate, but hey, there is something for everyone. Crazy, but maybe when we have lived here five years we might say to ourselves, let's buy a parka. NOT!
